Rocket League x Pelé

To celebrate one of Rocket League's biggest esports events, Psyonix partnered with football legend Pelé to bring his legacy into the game through a special in-game collaboration. Inspired by his iconic career and philosophy of the "beautiful game," the campaign celebrated the connection between football and Rocket League.

To announce the collaboration, we created a cinematic trailer combining archival footage of Pelé with in-game gameplay. By drawing parallels between legendary football moments and Rocket League's most spectacular mechanics, the film highlights how both games share the same creativity, precision, and flair.
